During the field surveys, the research team implemented various observation and data collection methods to assess both flora and fauna diversity. Vegetation studies were conducted through tree diameter measurements and the establishment of vegetation plots, while wildlife observations involved direct monitoring using binoculars and field identification techniques.
In addition, insect sampling was carried out using insect nets, alongside the installation of traps to monitor small mammals and reptiles inhabiting forest ecosystems. Survey activities were performed not only during daytime but also at night to document nocturnal wildlife species that are active after dark.
